Returns

 

We do everything we can to ensure the quality of our products and that they arrive in pristine condition. That said, we understand that sometimes things do not work out.

 

Returns will be accepted if the product is returned to us within 7 days of the delivery confirmation date and if the item remains in the condition in which it was received. After 7 days, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.

 

Before sending the product, it is necessary that you send us proofs via email and with photos for the acceptance or verification of the product. In case of sending the product back without having verified, we are not responsible for the shipping costs, or damage to the product, incorrect use or wear.

 

Once the return for failure or defect has been approved, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. We will not refund shipping charges.

 

We will not accept returns or exchanged on sale items.
